High-frequency vacuum drying is a continuous or intermittent heating, continuous vacuum drying process, is a very fast and safe wood drying way. When the electrode plate on the material stack is connected to the high frequency feeder, the wood between the two poles participates in the work as the medium in the working capacitor in the oscillation circuit of the high frequency machine. Under the action of the high frequency electric field, the wood is penetrated by the electric field, the water molecules in the wood are rapidly polarized and produce a sharp swing, the molecules rub each other, generating huge heat, and the wood is rapidly heated. Because the core of the wood cannot dissipate heat to the outside, so the internal temperature of the wood is higher than the surface temperature, and because the stack is placed in the negative pressure environment, the large pressure difference formed inside and outside the wood promotes the internal water to the wood surface, and the water surface of the gasification at low temperature.If the vacuum indicates-0.09 Mpa, the vacuum in the container is 0.01 Mpa, and the water begins to evaporate below 50 degrees. One part of the evaporated water encounters the wall of the tank and condenses into water collection at the bottom and flows to the collecting tank, while the other part flows to the collecting tank after the vacuum is formed by the condenser. The water collecting tank can be drained regularly. This process allows the wood to obtain fast drying.
