Steam heating wood drying Chamber kiln Dryer
The recycle steam as the heat source that keeps on decomposing, evaporating water content rate and lipid of the materials or the inner part of the products that need drying treatment so that the target of cleaning, drying and figuration can be achieved.
Technical processes of advanced drying equipments of Germany and Italy. They have advanced and flexible controlling methods and they are easy for operation. The controlling precisions of temperature, humidity and water content rate are high. They have low power consumption. Drying quality is good and without pollution. The whole drying process is automatic control with computer. To realize automatic program control on heating, steam injection, dehumidifying ,fan positive inversion. It real-time display and alarm ofthe drying process, drying parameters and drying fault. It prepares and stores 99 drying process benchmark program according to the thickness ofthe different species. Automatic control system: Italy and Chinese Control System. Chinese control system applies to drying ordinary wood (such as pine, fir, lauan, Merbau etc.) Italy control system applies to drying high-grade rare wood (such as Lobularred sandalwood, Siam Rosewood, rosewood, ebonyetc.)
Semi-automatic control system:
